If the barcode or serial number is tampered with, we shall automatically decline to accept them back. Any machine returned shall be at buyer’s cost and should be well packaged against any damage on transit. If the return is due to our own actions, we shall issue an RMA number and authorize return upon verification. Please request an RMA form to fill in before authorizing return. All our returns carry a maximum of 14days. We SHALL NOT accept any returns after this period. Spares & Repairs: We DO NOT accept returns on any items sold as Sale, Spares or Repairs. Please bid accordingly knowing they do not qualify for any return. Refunds: We shall issue refunds usually within 48Hours once we check and confirm the machine has been returned in original condition. The refund may however delay if we do not have sufficient funds in our PayPal account. All refunds issued are less any charges and costs and this would include shipping charges.
