We will only ship to the confirmed address associated with the account if Paypal is used to pay for an order. We do not ship to unconfirmed addresses. Note: Payments are due within 10 DAYS after the end of the auction or BIN sale. Please contact us if your payment will be delayed. SHIPPING METHODS Typically, all of our merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail. All shipments totaling less than $100.00 (USD) are automatically insured by UPS. We do not require insurance on items shipped using the USPS unless they are over a certain dollar amount. Insurance is optional on purchases below this amount, which is set within our listings but may change at any time. You may choose not to place insurance on such an item, but uninsured packages that are lost or damaged will not receive a refund of any type. If you prefer a particular shipping method, please let us know within one day of completing your order or the end of an auction. While there are some services that we don't use for some destinations, we will do what we can to honor your request. We do not ship to APO/FPO boxes, so please don't bid or buy if you have such an address. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Shipments to international locations are sent via Standard UPS or FedEx to the country in question. It is important to understand that if you choose a method other than one of the ones we offer, your order may no longer be subject to the protections normally provided. At the present time, we only ship to the countries shown in the eBay section of our listings entitled Shipping, payment details and return policy. No exceptions will be made for countries not listed. We realize that some Paypal accounts may not be easily confirmed for US payment, but all Paypal payments from international locations must be US confirmed. ITEM AVAILABILITY Some of our items are handled in-house by us, but many others are drop shipped directly from various warehouses where we do business. Even though we make a special effort to ensure that the items we display on eBay are fully stocked, there are some situations in which an item may run out of stock before we have a chance to pull the listing. These situations are very rare, but they do happen. In such an instance, we will notify you as soon as possible. If this happens, you will be provided the opportunity to either cancel your order or wait until the item is restocked, assuming it has not been discontinued. RETURNS Our return policy is very concise. Returns are not allowed unless a product is severely damaged in transit, or if it is grossly misrepresented. A damaged product will be considered for a refund only if it is insured. We will schedule a pickup of the item and issue a refund once the problem has been confirmed with the courier. If you happen to decide to return an item for any other reason, we need to receive it in its original condition, still packaged with all tags. There will be a 15-25% processing fee applied in such a case. FEEDBACK We don't require that our customers leave us feedback, but we do understand that some eBay members would like to receive feedback after the completion of a transaction. If you would like us to leave you feedback, simply leave us feedback after you receive your product, and we will leave the appropriate feedback based on the entire, completed transaction. Our signal that it is complete is feedback from the customer about his or her experience with the transaction. There is usually no need to send emails requesting feedback.
