An Inputs/Outputs button.  "Click" and a parallelogram is created for these parts of your process. A Processes button.  Again, "click" and your shape is done. A Decisions button.  Creates your diamonds. A Flow Arrow button.  Used to show the flow of your process.  A Draw Line button.  This gives you lines you can use with your flow arrows to "change directions".  A Yes Box button.  When using the Decision diamonds, the Yes box directs your flow if the decision is positive.
