It has brake and gas pedals. I believe it is considered a 4 button controller because there is a stick shift that moves forward and back, and also 2 push buttons. It has a 15 pin connector as pictured. It comes with installing software disc. One plastic knob is broken off but still can be tightened to your desk top with a wrench. Does not effect the usability of the item. 2 suction cups on the bottom of the console help to hold it in place. We haven't used it for awhile but it worked fine the last time we used it.
