In June, muvee announced a new product named muvee Reveal and introduced a lot of confusion when they stated on their web site, incorrectly, that muvee Reveal replaces autoProducer. Let me set the record straight: muvee autoProducer 6 and muvee Reveal are two different products with overlapping function, but Reveal only replaces autoProducer for a limited number of people, namely those who: have newer systems (2GHz CPU with 1GB RAM) or HD camcorders don't need or want the huge variety of styles that are available for autoProducer that are NOT available for muvee Reveal who are willing to spend $99.95 for the software, and are OK with purchasing an electronic version of software. If that describes you, then I'd recommend muvee Reveal for you. If that doesn't describe you, then muvee autoProducer is the best product for you. muvee made a decision for their own web site not to continue to sell autoProducer, but they continue to sell stylePacks for autoProducer there.  What's more, they have not discontinued the product, allowing us, Dell, and HP to continue to sell autoProducer.  They will probably resume selling autoProducer on their web site in the not-too-distant future. muvee Reveal has some great features, and we're authorized to sell it too (contact us if that's the one you want), but in my experience, many users, including me, are still having problems with it. I continue to believe that autoProducer is the best bet for most users.
